I was connecting 3 phases to my house with the First Choice Electrical. Good communication and fast responses and good organisation from Ryan. Good quality and clean work (replacing ceiling fans, several switches, switchboard upgrade, 3 phases connection) from Zain (electrician), no issues after installations.
A bit higher final invoice compared to initial quote with estimations costs which is expected, but other than that happy with organisation and job done.

Needed Electrician urgently , phoned first choice and was answered politely and quickly.
They arrived quickly and the electrician Charlie was very polite and efficient . He knew exactly
What to look for he dealt with the problem professionally he is friendly and made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands. I will definitely choose first choice again and recommend to neighbours and family , I hope the get Charlie as well.

Our rapid response team is always ready to address your urgent electrical needs, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum safety.

If something goes wrong, stay calm and act in this order. First, cut the power at the switchboard — but only if it’s safe to reach. Never touch someone in contact with a live source; switch off the power first, or use something non-conductive to push them clear. If you hear arcing, see smoke, or smell burning, don’t investigate — call Ausgrid on 13 13 88 immediately and get everyone out. For any electrical fire, never use water; use a dry powder or CO₂ extinguisher only.

Call 000 straight away if there’s any injury, fire, or ongoing hazard. Anyone who has received a shock should be assessed by a medical professional, even if they feel fine — complications can appear hours later.

Once the immediate danger is under control, call a licensed electrician before restoring power. Never simply reset the breaker and carry on. The fault that caused the emergency needs to be found and fixed first.

Hourly Rate (1x Tradesman) – $174.46 inc GST
Materials – Billed if required as per our standard rates/mark ups if required
Minimum 1 hour charge out per booking plus an after hours booking fee, Labour will be charged in 0.5 hour increments after the first hour has elapsed
