I was connecting 3 phases to my house with the First Choice Electrical. Good communication and fast responses and good organisation from Ryan. Good quality and clean work (replacing ceiling fans, several switches, switchboard upgrade, 3 phases connection) from Zain (electrician), no issues after installations.
A bit higher final invoice compared to initial quote with estimations costs which is expected, but other than that happy with organisation and job done.

Unfortunately, the previous electrician installed the ceiling fans without any timber supports in the ceiling (scary stuff), they are now installed correctly. Your satisfaction means a lot to us!

Needed Electrician urgently , phoned first choice and was answered politely and quickly.
They arrived quickly and the electrician Charlie was very polite and efficient . He knew exactly
What to look for he dealt with the problem professionally he is friendly and made me feel very comfortable and in safe hands. I will definitely choose first choice again and recommend to neighbours and family , I hope the get Charlie as well.

Incredibly professional, having worked in the industry myself for the last 20 years, I found First Choice to move then live up to their name. Brent, my sparkey, was on time, went out of his way by sourcing and installing additional lighting product to complete the installation. He was fast, thorough and utterly professional. Andrew, who the original call, was immediate in scheduling my job with no fuss. I'll be using these guys as my preferred service providers.
